Ordering. Our online store makes ordering from D-StoneUSA as easy as:
1) Select your item or items and either Add to Basket or Buy One Now.
2) When you have completed your selections, click the Checkout button at the top of your screen to begin the checkout process.
3) You may.
. Login if you have already opened an online customer account,
. Open an online account (speeding up the order process on future orders), or
. Complete your purchase without opening an account

Shipping. At the present time, D-StoneUSA accepts online orders for shipping anywhere in the United States and International. We will be happy to take your orders over the telephone for special shipping or for special shipping outside the United States ( 310-418-0307 ).

Shipping costs are flat fee using UPS rates. We provide UPS ground. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM PST in order to be shipped the same day. Because of the tremendous rush, holiday orders may not go out the same day.

Return Policy. Returns need to be made within 15 days of receipt with tag attached. The item must be undamaged.

Security. Orders are processed using a secure server and secure socket layer (SSL) software which encrypts the information you input before it is sent to us. The small yellow lock or key that appears on the bottom left corner of your browser ensures that you are, in fact, carrying on a secure transaction. Because Enjou ships everything out of our own store, no suppliers or third party vendors have access to customer information.

Privacy. D-StoneUSA WILL NOT share or sell information you give us with others. We protect our customers' right to privacy.
